We provide mental health therapy to adults. Our goal is to meet you where you are and partner with you along your healing journey. We will tailor your treatment to meet your individual need and assist you in identifying and developing the necessary tools through your journey. In addition to developing the tools, we believe it’s important to understand the origin of the pain to assist in decreasing and managing any potential for relapse. We will help you to improve your understanding of self and support you on your journey towards achieving your identified goals.
We not only understand that every client is different, but we also recognize different sessions may require a different approach. All of which will be used to best help you in achieving your goals. Our treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy assists in increasing our awareness of our thoughts, thought patterns and how these impact our feelings and actions. In addition, it allows to challenge negative and unhealthy thought patterns and restructure them.
Solution Focused Therapy is a future and solution based approach that magnifies the client's strengths and skills to aid them in achieving goals.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is psychotherapy that uses the combination of thoughts and senses to desensitize and reprocess the emotional disturbance experienced from triggering events and traumas.
